Preschool Gymnastics & Parent & Tot (Ages Walking-4yrs)
Preschool Gymnastics (coed) ages 3-4yrs
This 45-minute class is for ages 3 and 4. This class your child will enjoy climbing, in, out, up, down and over, around and through to develop muscle control, hand-eye coordination and socialization skills while having a ton of fun.
This structured class will allow children to further gain motor development skills for gymnastics and other sports.
*Children do not need to be potty trained to be in this class.
Parent & Tot (coed) Ages Walking-2yrs
This class is 45 minutes of parent involvement, where your child will enjoy climbing in, out, up, down, over, around, and through to develop muscle control, hand-eye coordination and socialization skills, while having a ton of fun.
This loosely structured, exploratory class will allow children to further gain motor development skills in order to introduce
them to beginning gymnastics.
This class is great for a toddler that isn’t quite ready to be in class without an adult.
*Children do not need to be fully potty trained to be in this class*
Girls Gymnastics (Ages 5+)
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Ages 5 and up.
This class is 55-minutes of learning basic to advanced skills on each apparatus: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, and Trampoline.
We focus on mastering skills with technique, flexibility, coordination, and strength. Providing the student with the foundation and instilling self-confidence in this sport as well as others.
Classes are by age group and ability (EX: Beginner 5-7yrs & Beginner 8+)
Requirements:
- Beginner
- No experience
- Intermediate (invitation only)
- Vault: Straight jump handstand flat back
- Bars: Pullover and casting
- Beam: Split handstand
- Floor: Round off and bridge kick over
- Advanced (invitation only & are typically 2 hours classes)
- Vault: Handstand flat back
- Bars: Back hip circle and stride circle
- Beam: Front and side handstand
- Floor: Back walkover, round off rebound back handspring
Tumbling, Cheer, and Ninjastics (Ages 5+)
Beginner Tramp & Tumbling (coed)
55-minute class working on basic beginner trampoline skills such as basic jumps (tuck, straddle, pike), seat drops and basic tumbling skill progressions (cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls, round off, bridge kick overs, etc.).
Beginning athletes will learn body control, spatial awareness, & safe landing.
Basic Cheer Class
55-minute class building base knowledge of cheer technique.
Terminology, motions, jumps & tumbling.
Ninjastics (coed)
55- minute class focused on strength, agility and tumbling. Students will learn basic tumbling skills on the floor and trampoline, do obstacle courses & rock wall.
